ABOUT SHIPPING

  • Usually, We need 15-20 days to process your order from the day we receive the order.

  • Around 30 Days of Free Delivery in the United States.

  • Plus, USD150.00 for International shipping is available and must be selected during checkout for all shipments outside the US. Packages will be sent through the United States Postal Service and are subject to local customs, duties, and taxes. According to our experience, the delivery cycle is about 30-45 days, but delivery times vary based on location.

 

 We will send a shipping confirmation email when we deliver your item(s) from New York. 

You can check your shipping status using the tracking number at any time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to request a refund, please email us at info@pearlvogue.com to obtain a Return Authorization within three (3) days of receiving your items. Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your items. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds beyond this 14-day window.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please note: We reserve the right to reject return or exchange requests if the outlined process is not followed.

Refunds and Exchanges for Standard and Pre-Order Items (if applicable)

If the jewelry you received matches the product description and is the correct item you ordered without any damage, it is not eligible for return or exchange.

However, if you still wish to request a return, please get in touch with us at info@pearlvogue.com. In such cases:

  • 40% of the payment will be deducted as a restocking fee.

  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Refunds of 60% of the payment will be processed within 2-4 business days.

On-sale, Discount, and Special Items (if applicable)

Please note that on-sale, discounted, and special items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.​
