• We advise the customer to contact us before placing a custom order to confirm the period. Under normal circumstances, You will receive your item within 30-45 days from the day of payment.

• The item that is not in stock and must produce it specifically at the client's request will not be refunded.

 

• A custom order/payments, all payments are non-refundable once you agree to your quote/payment plan. The 30-day money-back guarantees also do not apply to custom orders/payments. This is because as you make payments, we purchase material for your jewelry that is non-refundable to us. However, please rest assured that once you receive the jewelry, if you have any questions, we will do everything to assist you.

 

• All photos are taken in kind, and we promise to process the product exactly to the full details of the jewelry. However, The unique luster of pearls depends upon the reflection, refraction, and diffraction of light from the translucent layers, so different luster may appear in different environments.
