We require 20-25 days to process your order from the date of purchase.
Delivery Timeframes

United States: Complimentary shipping with an estimated delivery time of approximately 30 days.

International: A flat shipping fee of a USD$200 applies to all orders outside the U.S., which must be selected at checkout. International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) and may be subject to local customs, duties, and taxes. Based on our experience, international deliveries typically take 30-45 days, though actual shipping times may vary depending on the destination.
Shipping & Insurance
All shipments are fully insured for the total purchase value at the time of sale. To ensure secure delivery, an adult signature is required upon receipt. In the rare event of damage or loss during transit, we will work directly with the shipping carrier or insurance provider to resolve the issue.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships from New York, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You may check your shipping status at any time using the provided tracking information.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We strive to ensure every piece meets your expectations. However, if you wish to return an item that matches the product description, please note the following:
If you would like to request a refund, please email us at info@pearlvogue.com to obtain a Return Authorization within three (3) days of receiving your items. Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your items. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds beyond this 14-day window.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return.
- Sold Items: Returns of items that match the product description, excluding custom-made products, are eligible for a 50% refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping fees and taxes.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
